Smartpur STEAM Labs are essentially spaces where students can create and explore their curiosity. STEAM is challenge based, hands-on, practical education ecosystem which aims to foster inquisitive minds. A workshop was conducted on October 24 and 25 at Ghasoli Hub Centre, Alwar (Rajasthan) by the young students of Shri Ram School and Delhi Public School. The purpose of the workshop was to deliver how to prepare a drone. The 20 learners were from class 10th and were locals of Alwar. It was a completely new experience for them as they had never gone through such an experience.

Also, an awareness drive was organised on e-waste management.

Digital Empowerment Foundation in association with FICCI FLO Lucknow Chapter also conducted a workshop in October with Student Solar Ambassadors at Smartpur Hub Center, Saidanpur. This workshop was organised to train students with solar lamp kit, majority of the participants were girls, however, few boys also attended the workshop. After the completion of the training all the participants received solar kits by Jyotsna Habibullah, Meetu Rastogi, Director of Sheemesh Solar Energy Pvt Ltd. The Smartpur staff members participated in this workshop as trainers and gave full support to FICCI.
